Kyle Miller
Partner, Operations & Admin

Kyle got his start in the building world at the age of sixteen, working on an Amish framing crew in Elkhart County, Indiana. After receiving his undergraduate degree in entrepreneurship, and prior to his co-ownership of Mesa, Kyle worked in various fields, ranging from social work and tax preparation to honing his skills as a furniture builder, millworker and trim carpenter. After making the move to Nashville with his wife Janalee, Kyle spent many late nights with his friend and future business partner, building furniture and dreaming about the future. When approached with the opportunity to buy the company, he jumped at the chance to join Jon in the custom fabrication world. He gets his energy from turning ideas into tangible products that will be a part of Nashville’s fabric for years to come.
Jon Dalman
Partner, Design & Sales

Born and raised on a farm in Indiana, Jon cut his building teeth constructing houses and horse stables. After moving to Nashville in 2010 and apprenticing at a private sawmill, Jon fell in love with the process of yielding functional art from organic materials, and his hunger for creative work took hold. Since 2012, he’s been building residential and commercial furniture, working in cabinet shops, developing product lines, and managing a custom fabrication shop as well his own woodworking projects. Jon finds most joy in facilitating someone’s vision by way of design with brand, budget, and form in mind. Mesa’s incredibly capable team allows him to develop not only a client’s dream, but processes that keep the company learning, growing, and competing in the fast-paced city he calls home.
