Overview

Mesa is ready to hire its next team member! We specialize in millwork and building custom furniture for commercial spaces in Nashville, TN. We are looking for an office manager to handle administrative and creative tasks on a part-time basis.

Located in Ashland City, Mesa is a young, growing company with a strong ten-person team. We are committed, creative workers committed to building durable, high-quality, well-designed furniture and millwork for the city of Nashville. We pride ourselves on a collaborative and familial work culture.

Job Role

  • Opening and organizing Mail
  • Organizing Receipts
  • Social media and content creation
  • Managing photoshoots / Licensing photos
  • Keeping Website up to date with current projects
  • Delivering Samples and small supplies around Nashville
  • Stocking office with supplies / keeping plants alive
  • Stocking kitchen and bathrooms with the basics
  • Helping host events at Mesa
  • Celebrating staff anniversaries, birthdays, quarterly gatherings
  • Scheduling and hosting shop visits by Architects / Contractors

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

  • Proficient in Social Media platforms
  • Proficient in Webflow / Site Editing
  • Hardworking and fun-loving
  • Confident and creative, needing little manegment to complete projects.

Pay / Time

  • Part-time 8 hrs weekly $20/hr W2
  • Make your own schedule - Our Shop Schedule is M-F: 7am-4:30pm | Friday: 7am-11am - (Ideally Mondays)
  • Option to work partially remote if addtional hours are required
  • Flexible time off
  • Start date: ASAP
