The historical Factory at Franklin has shifted gears in a groundbreaking fashion. Holladay Properties teamed up with Isle of Printing and Centric Architects who brought our us on board to help create a center piece that would pay homage to the rich story and detailed craftsmanship of The Factory.

Mesa built a floating bar cloud mirroring the windows above. Complete with LED strip lighting, and locking storage for liquor. We also trimmed the stone bar out with brass and a custom made leather arm rest with help of Lockeland Leather.

The Skylight Bar is now open to the public featuring hand crafted detail from its cocktails to the leather stitching. The cloud is a magnet, drawing patrons in to the new heartbeat of The Factory.
