Crieve Hall Bagel Co.’s smashing strip mall success called for a remodel just a couple of years into business. Local legends MZA jumped on board to sharpen the vision, and McClure Co.—a builder Mesa aligns with deeply—won the bid and brought us in to handle the finer points.

We transformed the space in just a few months, all while bagels kept flying out the side window. We hung shelves from a ceiling that was 4” out of level, built banquettes, planters, and casework—and even saved the team heaps of money by recladding their original bar.
